The installation pricing below is only meant as a guidline to give you an idea of cost. Installation rates will vary from city to city and every job is different so it will be up to the independent installation contractor to quote your price.
Laminate Plank Installation starts at around $2.00 per sq foot
Hardwood Engineered Flooring (glue down) starts at $2.50 to $3.00 per sq foot
(There are people that will work for less but remember the old saying)

Additional charges may apply for: furnture moving, removal of existing flooring, stairs, custom work, sub-floor repairs, transition molding and trim Installation, and leveling, etc. Please note that that the above prices are for labor only. Our Measuring Policy
We offer free preliminary quotes based on your measurements. You may email in your measurements to us and we will send you a free quote based on your measurements. To inspect and measure your home for new flooring there is a consultation fee that is deductible off the purchase of your new wood flooring. This fee is to cover our basic expenses such as gas, travel time, and estimating time. We will draw a diagram and list all of the materials that will be required to complete the installation, which will be thourghly reviewed with you prior to installation. Installation Warranty Information
The independent installation contractor should guarantee in writing that all installation services performed shall be free from defects in workmanship for a minimum period of one (1) year from original date of installation. This is the industry standard.

Manufacturer Warranty Overview
What to expect from your Manufacturer warranty.
A guarantee that the flooring be free from defects in lamination, assembly, milling, reasonable grading, and finish for at least ten years.
Hardwood flooring is made from natural materials. Purchaser/Installer should allow for a reasonable grading/color variance, and should permit five-ten percent waste to the actual footage for the allowance of grading and cutting.
Purchaser/Installer holds full responsibility for the final inspection of every single piece of flooring before installation. Any piece with defective grading or color should not be installed. Manufacturer's will not hold any responsibility for complaints about grading and color variation of flooring after installation.
Manufacturer liability is limited to replacement or refunding of defective flooring that exceeds a 5% defeat/color variation tolerance. Manufactuer further assumes no liability for incidental and/or consequential damages; including but not limited to labor costs or lack of maintenance.
Any damage, scratch and/or indentation caused by negligence, reasonable wear, spiked heel shoes, moisture, commercial usage, improper installation, and maintenance is not warranted by any manufacturer.
Moisture problems.
Moisture tests can only indicate conditions at the time of the test. Neither the manufacturer nor the flooring contractor can be responsible if moisture levels change in the future and damage your wood flooring.
