How Do I order?
We believe in customer service and want to talk to you. This is why we do not have a shopping cart style web site. Here are the simple steps to order from our company.
#1 Requst you samples. Before requesting feel free to call us with any questions.
#2 Once you receive the samples and would like to place an order please call or email us with your request and we will discuss your order with you over the phone. We will also ask you some questions about your project to help make sure you purchase everything and the correct items. We will than email you a invoice for your review and approval along with our terms and conditions of Sale, Shipping, and Return which also must be signed and returned via fax.
#3 Fax back the payment form and sales agreement form to our secure fax line in our accounting office and your order process will be started.
We only accept payment this way and only on our form. We do not take payment information over the phone under any circumstances.
Question: Do you have a print catalog you can send me?
Answer: Currently, we do not offer any printed catalogs of our products since all of our products are featured on-line. We ask all of our customers to help us by viewing our products online so that we can keep with our enlightened mission of not using resources to print up and send hard copy catalogs.
Question: Do you have a showroom or somewhere where I can view the flooring before buying?
Answer: We are a direct importer / wholesale distributor and all our products are in containers or warehouse facilities near Los Angeles, CA. Most of our customers are in various parts of the country and could not visit a showroom anyway so we send samples to them. We do ship to all locations within the Continental United States and most Canadian provinces.
Question: How do I get samples.
Answer: Simply fill out one of the sample request forms that displays the flooring you are interested in and you will receive them via US priority mail.
Question: Do we ship.
Answer: Yes we do ship everywhere in the country. Depending on the weight of the flooring you can look at about .50 to 1.00 per sq.ft. You will not have any tax and do get wholesale pricing. We use various trucking companies and rates will vary. Once your order is ready to leave our warehouse and is picked up you can expect 3 to 7 business days until it arrives at the terminal in your town.
